Our goal is to provide superior claims advocacy on your behalf be it on an annual engagement or for one off, specific large claims. We can assist on all claim matters- Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Products Liability, Directors & Officers, Employement Practices Liability, and Crime. We have particular expertise in handling property claims including Business Interruption and large losses from storms and hurricanes. 

 

We will assist and represent you in dealing with various claim personnel from brokers, insurers, and third party administrators. We will drive to close claims, lower reserves and analyze historical claims for the purposes of reducing future loss.

       CASE STUDIES

 

We were retained by a large lumber mill that was under construction that suffered  a major loss. A tornado caused a catastrophic loss of over $20M in property and equipment. We reviewed the claim details, held discussions with the client and reviewed all insurance documentation. The Contractor was responsible for providing the builders risk coverage which proved inadequate (if we were retained prior to the loss we would have discovered that the insurance was inadequare and fixed it). In our review of all the insurance documentation and policies, we were able to find an additional $1,000,000 in coverage under an obsure clause in the Owners property policy though not a covered location.
